1. Scope

This policy describes how YiVue processes personal information when you use account, wardrobe management, AI try-on, and subscription features.

2. Data We Process

• Account info: login identifiers and authentication data.
• Profile info: nickname, avatar, and user-submitted profile data.
• Content data: clothing photos, full-body photos, and generated results.
• Service data: order records, subscription status, and usage balance.
• Device/log data: device basics, request logs, and error logs.
• Daily outfit context: after location permission, your coordinates are used to request local weather. The recommendation cache stores a location grid rounded to two decimal places, weather, your recommendation settings, and outfit results. The app does not continuously track your location in the background.

3. Why We Use Data

• To provide core functions and generate try-on results.
• To process payment and fulfill purchased benefits.
• To maintain security, auditability, and service stability.
• To provide customer support and handle data rights requests.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We only share data with necessary service providers (e.g. login, payment, and cloud infrastructure) or when required by law.

Daily recommendations use QWeather for local weather. When horoscope inspiration is enabled, Jisu Data receives your zodiac sign and the forecast date, not your full birthday. Turning this option off stops horoscope requests and removes the birthday requirement for recommendations. Volcengine Ark (Seedream) and/or OpenAI process clothing images for recognition, clothing and full-body images for try-on, and wardrobe attributes with weather and optional horoscope context for outfit recommendations. When using Cloudflare AI Gateway, Cloudflare receives and forwards this data to OpenAI; other routes send it directly to the AI provider.

Full-body photos may include faces. The image content is sent for virtual try-on, so do not upload another person's photo without their permission. Before new AI processing, the app asks for separate consent. You can decline or withdraw in the Legal Center; withdrawal stops new AI calls but cannot recall data already sent or automatically delete saved photos and results.

Guest try-on does not require registration. It processes one garment photo and one person photo solely to generate a try-on, without clothing attribute recognition. Before upload, it separately asks permission to send the photos to the AI providers named above. A vendor/app-scoped device identifier is sent to our server, stored as a hash and used to enforce one successful try-on per device per China calendar day; failed attempts do not consume the allowance. A random guest access key protects access to the result. Device identifiers and access keys are not sent to AI providers. Guest photos and results are kept in separate Cloudflare R2 storage, never added to an account wardrobe. Access ends 24 hours after submission; hourly cleanup then deletes the files and associated guest record. Storage failures can delay physical deletion.

Third-party service providers must limit processing to the purposes disclosed here and provide protection equal to or greater than this policy, including confidentiality, secure transmission, restricted access and deletion when the data is no longer needed, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. This does not promise zero retention of provider security logs.

5. Data Retention and Security

Files are stored in Cloudflare R2 and business records in Cloudflare D1. After you delete a photo or try-on result, its original file is retained for seven days and then scheduled for permanent deletion. Files still referenced by other saved content are retained until those references are also deleted. Cleanup runs hourly and retries storage failures. Account deletion has a separate seven-day grace period before cleanup begins.

Data is retained as needed for service delivery and legal compliance, protected by transport encryption and access control, and deleted or anonymized when no longer required.

6. Your Rights

• Access and correction of your profile data.
• Deletion of uploaded content and account cancellation request.
• Withdrawal of permissions via system settings.
